Xmas Dinner – From Barb
Many thanks to Chris and Tina for a great evening last Saturday night. The weather was perfect, and 30 members were lucky enough to enjoy a three course meal thanks to the Brine’s. Even Father Xmas found time to come and visit us. To all those members who supported the evening, Im sure you had a good time, and to those who didn’t come, well there is always next year. Again, thanks to the Brine’s.
Mary and I would like to add our thanks to Chris and Tina for hosting the Sprite Christmas party for 2013. The weather was excellent and C & T’s backyard is a very pleasant area to spend an evening in. We had plenty of delicious food and nibbles,the desserts were very tempting and I can resist anything except temptation! It must be said that Santa is always very nice to us all,especially the ladies. Although I was a bit surprised to feel a playful pat on the bum as I left him. I can only put in down to spending year after year surrounded by snow and randy reindeer!
